Crafted from recycled 24-karat solid gold, this Twinkles tooth gem is never plated and never coated. With 25 years of experience, we know exactly how a tooth gem needs to be designed — each piece features a gently curved backing, specifically shaped to sit naturally against the curve of a tooth. Designed in Sweden, every piece reflects our expertise in fine dental jewellery.
Entirely safe for your teeth, this gem requires no drilling and causes no harm to your enamel. It is applied using a professional dental bonding glue and can be removed cleanly at any time by a dentist.
Any dental hygienist, beauty salon, or tattoo studio offering tooth gem services can apply your Twinkles gem. How it works
Step 1
Pick the tooth jewelry you love. If you’re unsure or need guidance, feel free to contact us.
Step 2
Check that there’s a bonding clinic in your city, or nearby, that can apply your tooth jewelry. The application process is safe, quick, and completely painless, and wearing the jewelry will not damage your teeth. You can see if a Twinkles partner clinic is close to you here.
Step 3
Order your tooth jewelry, and then book an appointment for application. Enjoy your new sparkle and smile like never before!
Find a clinic for bonding
Twinkles can only be bonded to a live tooth. Bonding dental jewelry is fast and easy and can be performed by any dentist or dental hygienist. In our clinic locator you can find a local bonding clinic and reseller of Twinkles. If you don't find a clinic near you, please refer your dentist or dental hygienist to our bonding instruction page here on our website.

We ship from Sweden 1-2 working day after we have received payment.

Returns & Replacements
You have the right to return goods within 30 days. If you want a replacement product you can choose this option in the return registration process.
1. Please register your return or replacement of your jewelry. Note that professional products cannot be returned. Read our refund policy here before proceeding with your registration.
2. After registering, ship your package back to us. Mark your shipment ”Return of goods” if you choose your own shipment method and not Twinkles return label. Please be aware that you are responsible for your package until it is back in our warehouse, so we recommend to use a trackable option.
