Så här fungerar det
Steg 1

Lämna in på närmaste Postnord ombud.

So happy your daughter loves her Butterfly, Manuela! 🦋✨ It looks like she made a beautiful choice, and we can’t wait to see which Twinkle you choose for yourself! 💎

Thank you for your feedback, Silke. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience; that’s definitely not the service we aim to provide.
If only one butterfly was included in your 4-pack, that is incorrect, and we completely understand your frustration. We would really like to make this right for you.
