You have 30 days to return your order after delivery. We only accept products that are unused in return. Please note that professional products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons

Return options:
* For returns within the EU and Norway, as well as returns of higher value: You can purchase your shipping label from Twinkles. (This is the most cost-effective and traceable option for EU)
* For returns outside the EU (e.g., US, Switzerland, and other countries): You will need to arrange your return shipping using the best available local option, such as your regular mail service. We will send instructions once your return is registered.
