Terms of service

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TAXES AND DUTIES 
Twinkles is sold online worldwide. When you have made your order and paid via PayPal or CC you will receive order confirmation by email. We ship your order from Sweden within 3 days from receiving payment. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 30 working days depending on your location. Level of shipping service can be chosen at checkout. All international orders are assigned a tracking code and you will be emailed the code when shipping takes place. Please check spam folder if you do not receive the email with the code. 

We ship FOB - Parcels left without proper sign off is the responsibility of the buyer. Firstclass mail that are not received within 15 days after expected delivery date, should be reported to Twindent within 60 days from purchase. If the delivery package or product is broken, this needs to be reported to Twindent within 60 days from receiving you package. 

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Twindent cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your shipment. As importer you will be responsible for paying all charges for customs clearance. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

Twindent will supply all necessary documentation for a speedy clearance. If your customs require additional information please forward any inquiry to us.

Guarantee
There is a three-year guarantee on all Twinkles gold and white gold jewelry. The crystal elements are not covered by this guarantee. Twindent is not responsible for any injuries that may result from bonding, use or removal of Twinkles. We do not accept fallen-out Twinkles or crystals as a claim for warranty, as we cannot guarantee the work of dentists or bonding professionals. If the crystals separate from the backside foil, it means they have not been bonded according to our provided instructions.  
Please ask your dentist/bonding professional about guarantee of the bonding.
If the product is broken on arrival, this must be reported to Twindent within 60 days after you received the product.

Refusals
If you refuse a shipment from Twindent, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Twindent. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Returns & Replacements
We honor EU regulations on consumer goods, with an extension up to 30 days. Accessories used for professional business purpose are exempt from the return policy.
You have the right to return goods within 30 days.
– Goods should be returned no later than 30 days after receipt, as new and unused and in the original packaging. The customer is obliged to cover shipping costs incurred in returning a product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected. To return please e-mail us at customer@twinkles.net to let us know that you are returning your product, or use the link below.

Payment and Pricing
We use, Shopify Payments or PayPal to safely process your payment. All purchases must be prepaid to deliver. Prices are subject to change without previous notice.
Most banks have an automatic volume security block on online international transactions. Please note that we are located in Sweden and sometimes authorisation fail due to a security block by the card issuer when your purchase reach a certain limit.
Please contact your bank or card issuer in order to lift the block for your order.

Viewing Orders
If you have created an account you can see your order history. We will provide tracking number and our delivering partner will contact you for delivery. If your order is not received within the stated time please contact us for tracking. If you need to revise your order, email us immediately. Shipped orders cannot be altered, but follow the return policy.

Privacy
We will not disclose any personal account information to third party. We do not send text messages unless it's information about your specific order.
