SHIPPING
Twinkles is sold online worldwide by Twindent AB, and we ship out of Sweden.
When you have placed your order, you will receive order confirmation by email (please, check the spam folder if you do not receive it) We ship your order from Sweden within 1-2 working days upon receiving payment.
Delivery time ranges from 3 to 30 working days depending on your location and selected service level. All orders are assigned a tracking code and you will be emailed the code when shipping takes place. Please check the spam folder if you do not receive the email with the tracking code.
We ship FOB. Parcels delivered without proper sign off is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments that are not received within 30 working days should be reported to Twindent within 2 months from purchase.
If you need to make changes to your order or your address, please provide the information directly after placing your order to customer@twinkles.net .If we have already shipped out, address changes can only be done if the transporting company allows that and it may come with a fee. If we cannot make any adjustments, you need to wait for your delivery and then make a return.
If an order is placed on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will ship out Monday.

All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your door or to a service point. You will find the tracking number in the provided shipping email and you can track your order with your tracking number directly via the link below.

CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All international orders may be subject to handling fees, local taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Twindent cannot control this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your shipment. As importer you will be responsible for paying all charges for customs clearance. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
Twindent will supply all necessary documentation for a speedy custom clearance. If your customs require additional information, please forward any inquiry to us.
If you refuse a shipment from Twindent, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Twindent.
Name and address changes may come with a fee from the transporting company, and customer will be charged the direct cost. If changes are done before Twinkles ship out, there will be no fee.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERIES
If you are experiencing any issues with your tracking or delivery, please reach out to our friendly customer support team. Email your order number and a short explanation of your issues to customer@twinkles.net . Please, do not use Facebook, Instagram or Trustpilot for shipping questions since we do not handle these questions there.
