Twinkles is sold online worldwide. We ship your order within 3 days from receiving payment. Delivery time ranges from  5 to 14 days depending on your location.

ORDER HANDLING
When you have made your order and paid via PayPal you will receive order confirmation by email. The invoice will be sent with your order. Twindent cannot accept responsibility for the product when it is sent via postal services or other shipping agent.

PAYMENT
We accept the payment via PayPal secure payment. Use ether your PayPal account or your credit card. All purchases within EU is charged Swedish vat unless a B2B account is created and a valid VAT number is supplied.
GUARANTEE
There is a three-year guarantee on all Twinkles gold and white gold jewelry. The crystal elements are not covered by this guarantee. Twindent is not responsible for any injuries that may result from bonding, use or removal of Twinkles.We do not accept a fallen out Twinkles as reclamation as we cannot guarantee the dentists work.

RETURNED GOODS
You have the right to return goods within 14 days – Goods should be returned no later than 14 days after receipt, as new and unused and in the original packaging. The customer is obliged to cover shipping costs incurred in returning a product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected. When returning goods, please enclose a copy of the invoice.
